Work with EPS
We work with a number of Introducers, who regularly refer clients to us who are in need of estate planning advice and guidance. Our Introducer scheme is a mutually beneficial working agreement designed to assist you and your clients.
Acer Prime Law
Acer Prime Law specialises in Trusts, tax and estate planning. They are specialists in the drafting of complex Wills, Will Trusts and especially Lifetime Trusts. Ongoing Trust administration is also dealt with.
If you choose to set up a Lifetime Trust, this will be drafted by Acer Prime Law.
Acer Prime Law comprises of members of both the Institute of Professional Will Writers (IPW) and STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).

Alan McAloon is a senior Trust expert with more than 30 years Trust and taxation experience. Alan has been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) for more than 20 years. He is an acknowledged leader of innovation in the estate planning field.
Iain Cameron is a senior private client solicitor with more than 10 years’ experience. Specialising in Wills, Trusts and associated matters, Iain is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly. He is the first person to be awarded a Crystal mark by the Plain English Campaign for a set of Will precedents.
Marc Thomas is a highly experienced private client solicitor, with 15 years’ experience and is a full member of STEP. Marc specialises in all aspects of estate planning and holds particular expertise in Probate and Court of Protection matters.
